Shipping, Guarantees and Returns
I process orders as fast as possible, but due to the nature of my products, some take longer than others. I ship between 24 hours to 10 days after purchase, depending on the item(s) purchased. Some items are made to-order, to allow customizing for the customer. Because of this, these items take longer to ship. Average shipping time for most items is two to five days. If you have a rush order, please advise me and I will see if can push it ahead.
I use USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail, whichever the customer chooses during checkout. I highly recommend choosing Priority Mail, as it is usually a small amount more over Parcel Post. Parcel Post packages can sometimes take as long a three weeks to arrive. For very heavy packages, I can use a more economical service and will make arrangements with you, directly, on a case by case basis for those items. Please contact us for these arrangements.
Shipping Insurance: For your protection, shipping insurance is required on certain one-of-a-kind, fragile items, and our small handling fee covers this expense, as well as secure packing materials.
I ship via USPS by default. Packages over five pounds may be shipped by Fed Ex Ground or UPS, whichever is less. Please send an email ahead if you plan to request this, so that I can set up a special shipping rate in the shopping cart.
Yes, I do ship to many International destinations! However, please contact me first for to confirm your country and to get a shipping quote.
Your satisfaction with my products is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with an item, you may return it for a refund of the cost of the item, less a 5% restocking fee. Sorry, but I cannot refund shipping costs and postage. You may also return your item for an even exchange of the same or similar item that costs the same. Returns for Refunds and Exchanges must be received within 14 days of purchase.
If the item you receive is defective, I will consider the best course of action on a case-by-case basis. Many items cannot be replaced as they are one-time creations. If, upon inspection, after return, I find the defect is due to my workmanship, I will decide how best to take care of you. My primary goal is to have satisfied, happy and loyal customers, and work very hard to achieve that goal.
